How do I purchase tickets?

What is the difference between the different tiered General Admission Tickets?

For every event, there's a certain amount of tickets available based on the venue occupancy. We break the available tickets into different tiers in order to provide the best customer experience. Tier 1 will always be the least expensive ticket available for the event. Once those tickets are sold out, Tier 2 tickets are made available at a slightly higher price and so on and so forth for each tier thereafter. This is done to incentivize guests to purchase their tickets early. Although it may change, we try to be as transparent as possible and give you an expected ticket price range for every event. The earlier you purchase the tickets, the less the tickets will cost and the more money you'll save.

How and where do I redeem my ticket?

Tickets can be redeemed at the front door on the night of the event. All guests must have valid state ID or Passport to enter. Expired documents or copies of documents will not be accepted under any circumstance.

What do I do when pre-sold tickets are sold out?
